With over 20 years of international leadership experience across media, technology, consulting, and SaaS, I founded Green Turtle to help leaders navigate complexity, drive transformation,
and unlock new growth.
My journey began in journalism, evolved through executive leadership at Deutsche Welle,
and deepened through an MBA and coaching certification from INSEAD.
At the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I worked closely with executives at leading international companies to drive strategic value and deliver lasting impact — an experience that shaped how I approach complex challenges and high-stakes decisions.
As an entrepreneur, I launched Green Streams from scratch — turning an idea into a thriving
enterprise SaaS business. I built the team, raised capital from angel and institutional investors,
and led the company through all early growth phases.
I’ve also served on the boards of tech companies, which gives me a unique perspective when working with both executive teams and startup founders — understanding the pressure at the top, and the realities on the ground.
Through Green Turtle, I work hands-on with business owners, executives, and founders in critical moments of change — offering a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational insight,
and leadership coaching.
I also invest selectively in early-stage SaaS and AI startups, supporting ambitious founders with capital, sparring, and perspective.
